She then joined a national retailer as their Director of Real Estate, Store Services & Construction overseeing all of their real estate holdings, with specific expertise in strategic planning through market analysis, site selection and financial structuring for new stores. Most recently she managed an escrow office for Stewart Title providing comprehensive closing services while personally facilitating transactions ranging from $2 to $45 million for various types of properties including residential, acreage, ranch properties, multi-family complexes and office facilities. Her diversified and extensive background in the real estate industry, coupled with a philosophy that customer service is simply a genuine desire to exceed a client's expectations, Tammi provides a solid foundation of experience, integrity and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction.

Jeff holds a Project Management Professional Certification, and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Kappa Phi (the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines), and Beta Gamma Sigma (the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive). Jeffrey also holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, having been a full-time airline pilot prior to getting into real estate.

Jeffrey's hobbies include flying, competitive sports such as tennis and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and most of all, family time with his wife Claudia, his three beautiful daughters, Paula, Megan, and Madeline, and Archie and Triton, the family pets.

I grew up in Central Texas, the son of a career military man, and first moved to the Houston area in 1980 while employed in the public safety field. After several transfers, I am back in the north Houston area where I make my home in Spring with my 2 daughters. I give back to the community as Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo where I serve as a Committeeman and support the Junior Market Auctions.
Since I spent what seems my entire childhood and adult life relocating from one end of Texas to the other several times, I can appreciate all that is involved in selling a home or looking for a new one.
