In 2005 I was presented with an opportunity to go into Real Estate and It was a struggle. Back in 2007 the market took a crash, but I still made it thru. As a native Houstonian, Tashia attended the University of Houston where she studied Business Management and shortly thereafter began her career in real estate. Carolina has a Bachelor's of Business in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing, various certificates in Supply Chain Management, and even held a Montessori teaching certificate. Her digital marketing skills allow her to successfully promote properties on all social platforms and search engines to increase the odds of selling her client's properties in the shortest amount possible.


As previously mentioned, Carolina also has a background in teaching children in Montessori schools; this experience allowed her to develop her communication skills with parents from various backgrounds.
