My name is Janice Lee and I have been working in the real estate industry for 16 years. I am excited to continue my real estate career serving clients in Houston and the surrounding communities. My career in the Real Estate industry started in the Chicagoland/Indiana area. A few years ago, my husband retired as a captain on the Fire Department so we relocated to be near family.





I have my real estate license, certified marketing specialist designation, loan originator license, & notary public in the State of Texas. To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of a local Church & enjoy spending my time volunteering. In my spare time, I enjoy bowling, going on walks, watching baseball and hanging out with family & friends.

Cathy's desire for knowledge of the real estate industry began when she was Office Administrator for a local real estate office, which lead to the acquisition of her real estate license in 2003. She moved into various administrative staff positions in 2013, including Career Development and New Agent Training, Quality Control Coordinator and Sales Manager. In early 2019, Cathy left the administrative side of the business and returned to being a producing agent and agent mentor.

Hi, I'm Suzy Tarnowski - your go-to real estate sales specialist in Cypress, Texas. I offer personalized service to meet all of your real estate needs in and around the Houston area. I'm also a loving wife and mother of one gorgeous daughter and two furry four-legged rescue dogs. Although it's been several years since my appearance on Good Morning America, you may recognize me as a finalist in Emeril Lagasse's recipe contest with my Texican Burger. Even though I was born in Brazil, I consider myself a native Houstonian. As the saying goes I got here as fast as I could! My family moved to Houston when I was just three years old and I grew up on "the north side." Later I studied both music and English at Rice University and I lived and worked in the medical center area. I've worked as both a technical and marketing writer, but I've also taught piano and voice lessons in Cypress where I've lived for over twenty-five years. I am currently the advertising director and contributing editor for Pen World magazine. My creative background makes me a uniquely qualified sales specialist. I love to entertain, I have an eye for design, and I am very detail oriented, but perhaps more importantly, I am a great listener.
