I have been working in real estate investment for over 20 years and also in engineering field as principal engineer and senior project engineer. I am bilingual with fluency in English and Chinese-Mandarin and Cantonese. I am a well educated realtor currently full time dedicating to real estate buyers and sellers with specialties in newer housing, foreclosed and auction properties. I also actively manage investment properties.

I began my real estate journey over 20 years ago in real estate education, counseling, marketing and sales, managing one of the largest real estate schools in Texas. My passion is educating and helping my clients make the right financial decision. A few years ago, I decided to step away from educating agents and devote my time and knowledge to help my clients with their real estate needs. As a native Houstonian and seasoned professional, I have spent my career honing my skills in customer service, networking, negotiation, and building trusted relationships. During my tenure as an Inside Sales Representative at Parker Hannifin, I garnered invaluable experience collaborating with colleagues, upholding high standards of professionalism, and ensuring customers received exceptional care.



Following this, I established Sweetie's Treats, a successful business where I utilized my expertise to develop meaningful connections with clients. Throughout my 8-year tenure, I dedicated myself to delivering the utmost in professionalism, exceptional customer service, and creating visually appealing and delectable treats. In doing so, I developed a loyal following who felt more like family than customers.



Presently, utilizing my extensive professional background and my experience raising two children who were educated at home from a young age, I have expanded my skills as a seasoned realtor. Victoria Black is a licensed Realtor and a native Houstonian, born and raised in Texas. After spending some time in Arizona and Colorado, Victoria returned to Houston in late 2020. She specializes in serving military families and helping them utilize the benefits and programs available to them.
