Estelle Manning, who is known by her friends and family as Stella, grew up in Cypress, TX, and graduated from Cy Fair High School before attending Georgia Institute of Technology to get her Bachelors Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2022.

Real Estate is her passion. Helping members of her community to buy their dream home, find the perfect rental, or sell their property seamlessly is her goal.

With a background in Chemical Engineering, Estelle has developed a strong attention to detail in any transaction. A little bit about me...I did not grow up in Texas, but as they say, got here as fast as I could. I grew up an Army brat and moved more times than I can count. I landed here in Texas after high school to begin college at Texas A&M as my dad was a Texas resident. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, was a Special Education and Regular Education teacher for several years before deciding to stay home to raise my two boys. When they started school, I headed back to work, but not to teaching. I became an office administrator for a major real estate broker and office in my area. That's when I started to take more of an interest in the real estate profession. Later, when the brokerage was sold, I started to work as an assistant to another major real estate broker who encouraged me to get my license. In 2023, I did and am now ready to start helping clients as well as continuing on as a licensed assistant. Although I am recently licensed, I have had years of experience in real estate with contracts and title companies and will bring that experience to you now as a licensed agent.

Whether buying or selling a home, you will feel confident in my abilities to get you the best deal for your money. Having someone on your side who is a strong negoitator, excellent marketer and agressive leader will leave you feeling satisfied that you have made the right decision. I never stop working for my client even after the closing, I am your life long Realtor!

I have a unique set of skills that I have developed in real estate that I enjoy using and sharing with people. I have bought sold, torn down, rebuilt and built new homes for over 35 years. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1988 and my Inspectors License in 2004.

After retiring from over 36 years of teaching throughout Houston, I wanted to utilize my skills of communication, organization and tenacity to help others in a new way. So I chose real estate!

I have been married to my best friend for over 30 years, and we raised 2 wonderful children in Pearland, Clear Lake and Seabrook areas. I love to volunteer and give back to various organizations in the community including: UBC vacation Bible school, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Kim's Furever Homes and Adoptions, and Ranger's Reach.
