Brad is a Texas lawyer. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Texas. Brad's experience, as a lawyer and agent, will help guide you through some of life's greatest decisions. For 23 years, he has been handling transactions in residential and commercial real estate, farm and ranch, oil and gas, as well as business and financial matters for clients. Brad has been a CEO and CFO leading the acquisition and divestiture of companies in oil & gas, energy services, technology, and renewable fuels. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law. Konae was born into the real estate business. Her mother, an agent and then broker, helped families buy and sell homes in Houston for nearly 50 years. For over sixty years, Konae's godfather developed subdivisions, commercial property, as well as farms and ranches. Konae was born and raised in suburban Houston. She's witnessed, first hand, Houston's decades-long development into a word-class, gateway city. For 23 years, Konae was a partner in a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury waterfront homes. She has degrees in International Business and Marketing from Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany. Konae is a former Board Member of The Henderson County Cancer Society. She created the first Cattle Baron's Run and served as its chairperson. She directed The Cattle Baron's Ball, and served on the Enchanted Isles Homeowners Association Board of Directors. She is the co-creator of IFAA, International Fitness und Aerobic Akademie, and BodyStep. She is also former Miss Texas Teen USA. Konae is fluent in German.

After they exited their brokerage, energy-service company, and oil and gas investments, Konae and Brad prioritized spending more time together. They merged their careers to form Mitchell Group to practice residential and commercial real estate. The couple resides in Cypress. Together, they enjoy time with their family, coaching stand up paddling, biking, saltwater fly-fishing, traveling, and helping others.

A little bit about me...I did not grow up in Texas, but as they say, got here as fast as I could. I grew up an Army brat and moved more times than I can count. I landed here in Texas after high school to begin college at Texas A&M as my dad was a Texas resident. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, was a Special Education and Regular Education teacher for several years before deciding to stay home to raise my two boys. When they started school, I headed back to work, but not to teaching. I became an office administrator for a major real estate broker and office in my area. That's when I started to take more of an interest in the real estate profession. Later, when the brokerage was sold, I started to work as an assistant to another major real estate broker who encouraged me to get my license. In 2023, I did and am now ready to start helping clients as well as continuing on as a licensed assistant. Although I am recently licensed, I have had years of experience in real estate with contracts and title companies and will bring that experience to you now as a licensed agent.

My goal is to to quickly provide you the information you seek and present it to you in a manner that will allow you to make a timely and informed decision about your sale, lease, or purchase, whether it is in the residential, commercial, or investment fields.
