Estelle Manning, who is known by her friends and family as Stella, grew up in Cypress, TX, and graduated from Cy Fair High School before attending Georgia Institute of Technology to get her Bachelors Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2022.
Real Estate is her passion. Helping members of her community to buy their dream home, find the perfect rental, or sell their property seamlessly is her goal.
With a background in Chemical Engineering, Estelle has developed a strong attention to detail in any transaction. As a real estate investor herself, she is focused on providing her clients with the best possible research to make this important (and life changing!) decision to buy, sell, or lease their home.
Estelle is married to her amazing husband Steven, who supports her every move in life and shares her passion for real estate. Together they work to build their investments by researching local neighborhoods and markets.

I was born and raised in Louisiana, but moved to Houston, Texas shortly after graduating from college. I instantly fell in love with the city and all of the endless opportunities. Since then I have become a Serial Entrepreneur running multiple businesses in the Social Service Field as well as in the Real Estate Industry as an Investor. I began my career in Real Estate in 2019 and I am excited to be working with you on this amazing and very meaningful journey! She now has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor (originally doing her business in David's name) and two decades in real estate. She is a certified stager and has a Luxury Realtor designation along with years of selling properties valued over a million dollars. A graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. One of her specialties is selling horse properties. Summer supports the American Heart Association (Circle of Red, Past Co-Chair), Centrum Arts League (Past Gala Chair), Frank PTO, United States Eventing Association, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.
