As a retired military family, we were blessed with so many opportunities in the U.S. and Japan. Relocating to a new city, or country, every 2-3 years built a kind of resilience and skill set that allows me to give you a smooth real estate experience.

Kelly Davis has a passion for real estate and an energy level that is unmatched. Buying or selling a home can be complicated and stressful, and Kelly's goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible from start to finish.

Kelly began her real estate career in Houston in 2007 after 10 years in the sports marketing industry. With an impressive background in marketing, advertising and client service, Kelly understands that close attention to detail, anticipating challenges and finding ways around road-blocks can go a long way toward making any real estate transaction as stress-free as possible. Strong market knowledge and communication are keys to her success as she was a two time recipient of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence Award.

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kelly received a degree in marketing from Louisiana State University. She volunteers her time with Child Advocates and Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni Association. Kelly enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers, traveling, cooking and reading. When not working, she and her two rescue dogs enjoy spending time in the Hill Country in Spicewood, TX.

Adam Stern brings with him a unique skill set that comes with a diverse business background. Adam moved to Port Aransas, TX from Montville, NJ in 1996. Prior to his move to South Texas, he was a Registered Investment Advisor and also ran several Mercedes-Benz Dealerships. He then moved to Port A, raised a family, worked at the local Mercedes-Benz Dealership as the General Sales Manager. There he ushered in exponential growth using his hands on, no-nonsense, people first approach. He started several businesses in the Gulf Coast which included residential and commercial investment properties. Adam is hard working, very focused and his integrity is beyond reproach. He is a client advocate and holds the fiduciary responsibility that comes with being a realtor in the highest regard.

Born and raised in Corpus Christi Tx, I am a King High School graduate and did my Real Estate schooling at Champion School of Real Estate in San Antonio, TX.
