I once met David when he was at a previous broker I met years ago to get info about an agent’s life and what it takes to become one. Bryce helped me and my husband buy our first home spring of 2022. Bryce recently helped us find an absolute dream house in briargrove park. After months of trying to do it ourselves, we realized that the market was moving to fast and we needed help. Within a few days of contacting Bryce, she had a list of 15+ homes that were all in the neighborhoods we wanted to be in and within our price range. She was able to schedule showings on the same days we asked for them, which ultimately led us to the house we moved in to in Briargrove Park.
