I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to our amazing realtor, Chrissy Barbaro!!!! She is currently representing my husband and myself in the sale of our current home and the purchase of our next home and she is AMAZING!!! Not only did she get our house under contract within 45 days, (the average for our area is 183 days, and for a specialty property like ours it’s usually WAY LONGER), but she has been by our side every step of the way! From getting our home ready to show and helping in literally any way that she can, (I know if I call her and ask her to help to pull weeds or power wash the hardi plank, she’ll be here by 8am the next day with coffee in hand), all the way to motivating my kiddos to be helpful by creating her own contract with them wherein they receive a gift upon closing, she has literally been a God send!!! It took our utter disappointment in our previous representation and having to go through the process of basically firing that person, to find Chrissy. Even though that ordeal created setbacks that we never saw coming and ended up wasting valuable time, I wouldn’t change any of that if it meant that we wouldn’t have stumbled across the best realtor EVER!!!! If you, or anyone you know, is looking to buy or sell a home in the Houston area, you need to call her NOW!!! I promise, you will NOT be disappointed!! ♥️

When we needed to sell our home, we "interviewed" 4 realtors. Once we talked to Chrissy, we knew she would be top notch. She gave us the highest selling price and moved very quick. She was excellent through the whole process. We ran into several issues when we were selling our home and she helped us fix things in our home as well as take care of our house since we moved to a different state before our house was actually sold. We would use her again!

Chrissy is amazing! Will not disappoint. She made my first time home purchase an absolute breeze! Super responsive, and always kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I was nervous going in, and she walked me through every step making sure I completely understood. She is not afraid to get hands on, and will let people know if she feels her client isn't getting a good deal. She went way above and beyond, speeding the process along, when the other parties were lacking information she went into investigator mode and found what they were overlooking so we could get the deal done as quick as possible. I was amazed at how easy she made this process and her services were top notch, from working with my schedule to see houses, on to all the small details once we were under contract. I looked through a lot of reviews before finally finding her, and let me tell you, if you're looking for a realtor and you're reading this, go ahead and stop your search. Chrissy did an amazing job helping us sell our house. We ran into a few hiccups, some pretty big, and she helped us navigate through it all. We ended up moving out of state and Chrissy made our home sale as stress free as possible!

Chrissy made our home buying experience a breeze! My boyfriend and I just closed on our first house, and we couldn’t of done it without Chrissy. She made sure that we fully understood everything, and worked with our crazy schedules. When there was a mistake on another party’s side Chrissy fought for us and went above and beyond. So grateful that we found someone as amazing as Chrissy!
