Cheryl Norman and her husband Rudy were of great help to us. We moved to USA last year and they helped us to find us a home on lease. The complete journey was very smooth, and it was totally professional. The additional tips and suggestions she gave us were very helpful. After 1 year when we again went into the market to now buy a house, I without any hesitation approached her and she was very helpful. Both of them helped us with the complete process of sending the offer, negotiating during the option period and helping us make the right decisions. I thank them for all the support and help they provided.

I worked with Cheryl Norman, when my company relocated me to the US, three years ago. In totally unknown circumstances for us, such as the US house market, she showed a great professionalism and knowledge, helped us to understand the neighborhoods, schools and everything important when a family with kids looks for a place to live in. The next journey with Cheryl that we are planning would be to help us with her huge knowledge and experience to step in the right direction of buying a home. We are more than happy to start with this journey. My advice to all who are stepping in the housing market, especially first home buyers, find a realtor, the process is much easier and you have someone to lead you. In my opinion, Cheryl is a rock star realtor, a great person, honest and the most important in this business, she is working so hard to help you to go through the whole process easily and smoothly. I will definitely recommend her whenever somebody needs a realtor in the future.

From the very first moments of our interaction, she instilled confidence in us. What I valued most about her service was her true professionalism. My advice to potential buyers or sellers is simple: Keep helping people build their dreams!

Cheryl has been my Houston area realtor and advisor for years. Over that period, she's saved me (conservatively) tens of thousands of dollars with her expertise. For example, when I purchased my first home in Houston, her team: - crafted a winning offer that was under asking price in a very competitive market - maximized concessions in my favor - expedited scheduling of reputable inspectors, appraisers, etc. - was available practically 24x7 to address any questions Several years later I went back to Cheryl with the goal of purchasing an investment property. Cheryl took her time listening to my criteria and objectives. She worked day and night to find the best property for me that I wouldn't have otherwise identified on my own. Again, her keen negotiating skills got me the best possible deal. After closing on the property, thanks in part to her strong network, she found multiple qualified tenants. Even now that the investment home is occupied and her job is technically done, she's always willing to lend a hand and offer her expert advice whenever I have a question. Cheryl's expertise has proven invaluable to me and without a doubt paid for itself with the money I've saved. Better yet, I couldn't be happy with the properties she helped me own.

Cheryl is a true Superstar. If anyone ever needs a relator we could not find the words to recommend her as highly as she deserves. We can’t imagine that a more dedicated, energetic, knowledgeable, hard-working and truly outstanding realtor exists! Having the additional support of Rudy in the Norman team makes for a winning combination. We knew we were in safe hands with Cheryl and Rudy before we started out, but we were in complete awe at the amount of work they did, the speed and accuracy of how they did it and the way they went out of their way to reduce the pressure on us. They were always at the end of a phone or there in person at all hours to help us understand and move us forward. During a crazy period in the housing market, Cheryl found us our dream house, put together a winning deal, recommended great companies to support the process and pushed the process through so that we even managed to move in early. We can’t thank Cheryl and Rudy enough for everything they have done for us and our three kids. Cheryl is truly one of a kind and the Norman team are amazing!
