We are very pleased with the job that Cherie did for us and this is not the first time we have used her. This time she helped us look at all of our best available options allowing us to choose what was right for us while educating and informing us along the way. We never felt pressured or that she didn’t have our best interests at heart. She always puts her clients first, so we will continue to use her in the future as well as recommend her to others!

Great realtor, highly recommend!! Always looked out for our best interest, and has a good eye for detail when doing walk throughs. It was my husband and I’s first time buying a home and she made us feel very comfortable in the process and answered all of our questions. After going into the option period for our home, she helped guide us through everything we would have to do as it was our first home and we had never been through this process. She also gave great recommendations for different services we would have to use. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with Cherie and recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and knowledgeable realtor!

Cherie was very professional and extremely helpful in all aspects on the purchase of our new home. She was always there for any questions we had and she was also very prompt in getting back to us immediately when needed. Cherie’s real estate knowledge, work ethics and her attention to detail made the process of buying a new house very easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Cherie.

My husband and I were in the process of selling our first home and we are so happy we chose to work with Cherie Foteh. She was readily available to us throughout the whole process. She thoroughly explained every step and answered all our questions. Her knowledge of the process and her experience really made us feel like we weren't alone. We genuinely felt like she had our best interest at heart. Thank you so much for your help! I highly recommend her, she is really patient, considerate, professional and very knowledgeable!

Through out the whole process Cherie was great. Within a month my house got an offer. Even when complications came through she stayed on top of everything and didn’t let up until a solution was found. Kept the buyer in the loop the entire time and sold my house. She was by my side helping me and calling around to help solve the issues that were from another mortgage company making a huge mistake. She never just left it up to me. She helped as if it were her house as well. Very personable and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone and I already have!! She’s amazing!
