“We used Charlotte Blocker to sell our home in Spring and she was amazing. Charlotte met us in our home and she spent time answering our questions, providing us information about the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Reality Agency and the homes they sell, the expected amount of time our house would be on the market and talking us a lot of info on comps in the area. Charlotte walked us through our home suggesting staging/decluttering ideas for each room/space and she even hired a professional photographer to shoot the listing photos.
