We met Chantelle at the beginning of our search for a single family home rental. She exceeded our expectations in every way possible. At the start, we were just looking for some guidance on the process and expected to spend most our own time searching for the perfect home. Chantelle put so much work into getting to know our needs and preferences (we had a lot!), and curated a strong collection of options. Our tour of homes was super organized and routed out. We were able to take our time and turn to her for expert advice, allowing us to make a confident decision without ever feeling rushed. Her memory of the smallest things and her attention to detail is unmatched, down to the logistics of paperwork and pre-move in tasks. We look forward to working with Chantelle again in a couple of years when we plan to buy a home!

I'd like to start off by getting straight to the point of this review: Chantelle is simply a one-of-a-kind person and outstanding realtor. When my husband and I started looking for homes in the Houston, Texas area in the Spring of 2023, we contacted Chantelle to help us. Chantelle was recommended to us by our daughter, who had worked with Chantelle to buy her home almost two years earlier. Chantelle was even more caring, knowledgeable, and diligent than we expected. She guided us every step of the way, and forgave every redirection we made during the first few months of looking (different areas, different types of homes, different price ranges, etc). She only wanted to help us find the right home for us. When we finally decided on new construction in a development the opposite direction from where we had been looking, she guided us through the process and advocated for us with the builder to ensure the house turned out as we wanted and met our needs. She went above and beyond by visiting the home regularly on our behalf during construction (we are out of state buyers) and she showed up every time we were able to make it to the Houston area. After all this time, she feels like family to us. We put our full trust in her and she did not disappoint. Highly recommend Chantelle. She is awesome!

My wife and I bought our first home and couldn't recommend Chantelle enough. She took the time to get to know us, understood what was important to us in our search, and always made time to meet with us even if it was only to look at a single house. She was incredibly knowledgeable on our market and helped put together the perfect offer to land our home.
