She also made sure all was ready for the weekend. Monday We received 30 offers. Our closing went smoothly from start to finish. When I am ready to purchase another property I will seek Chelsea out as she has a unique ability to understand your wants and needs.

We have worked with Jeff, and I can confidently say that Monarch is exceptional in their knowledge, savviness when it comes to the market , pricing to sell for the most value, and their network. An added bonus: their recommendations for services that help you prepare to sell are also exceptional!
