The office is beautiful and elegant! I am interning with Cesar Guerra and he is one the most kind and humble men you could ever meet. He welcomes you with open arms and is experienced in his field of craft which is residential real estate. The most important piece is that treats everyone nice and with respect. He works diligently to get the results desired by clients. Overall Cesar is an outstanding individual and a pleasure to work with and be around!

I have worked with Ces on a few things over the past year or so and I have been so impressed- and I am picky!! He is enthusiastic and eager to please and quick to act on any question I had. He would research it and get back to me in a timely manner. Most brokers/agents just simply say, “Hmmm I don’t know about that…” and say they will follow through but they drop the ball from there. He really wants to make his clients feel nurtured and cared for.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ces to secure a rental townhome in the Spring Branch area. We knew that we were in good hands as soon as we interacted with Ces for the first time, he was happy to show us the home and never hesitated to assist us throughout the application process.
