Although we believe we received a fair price and the home sold quickly, she appeared more concerned with making a quick sale and rapid turnover of her inventory than with our interests. For example, she suggested several expensive buyer concessions shortly after the house hit the market. None of the prospective buyers requested any concessions. ”
