This was my second time working with agents from Bernstein Realty in the last six years. Cathy was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the whole homebuying process. She provided us with expert guidance that helped us successfully navigate through several unusual circumstances that we had no prior experience with. Cathy is the best! She was extremely patient with us as it took us over a year to find our perfect house. She always had her eye out for new homes that were coming soon or just listed so we could move quickly when needed. Thank you Cathy for everything!

An amazing experience with Cathy and would highly recommend. I was relocating for work and had a basic knowledge of the city. Cathy listened and used her vast knowledge base to explain advantages and disadvantages to each property and area while diligently communicating and guiding me throughout the process. She stood in my steed for inspections, meeting and organizing contractors, truly representing me and held my best interest’s paramount. She is kind, conscientious, altruistic and I can not recommend her enough and will be retaining her for all my future real estate dealings and referring her to all my friends, family and colleagues.

it was a pleasure working with Cathy. very proactive and on top of deadlines. There were no delays in closing and the property was sold in under a week. i would highly recommend working with her.
