Where do I even start? Caroline is AMAZING! She is so easy to work with. Her communication is quick, clear, and consistent. I always knew she’d answer right away when we needed her or had a question. She has incredible connections with professionals ranging from home photographers to interior decorators that helped us make our home incredible and ready to sell. Her marketing knowledge had our home listed and under contract in 3 days with an offer over our asking price!! With a quick turn around of selling and buying she walked us through every step of the way. With her guidance and support we were able to close on selling and buying in the same day. If you need a realtor, I PROMISE you will not regret working with Caroline.

Caroline is an amazing realtor. From start to finish, she made the process so easy, communicated every detail, and made sure we always felt like a priority. Her knowledge of the local real estate market is outstanding and she understands items to include in a buyer’s offer to make the offer stand out in a multiple offer situation. Caroline went out of her way to ensure that every detail was taken care of - from recommending inspection companies, roofing companies, AC companies to getting answers to any questions about the property we had once under contract.
