Carmelita and her team are absolutely phenomenal!!! From our initial conversation I felt a sense of relief and I knew I was in capable and secure hands. She and Tara Lucas treated me like family. They were down to earth and made me feel as if I was their only client. I felt like a priority which is important during this crazy housing market. Carmelita was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating of wants and requests. Relocating from one city to another was a stressful ordeal. However, in our absence, Carmelita was not only an advocate in terms of managing the relationship with the builder, she was also very helpful in providing us with information on neighborhood, utility setup, and recommendations for other home services.
