My husband and I used Caitlyn for three different properties over the past six months, sold two properties and purchased another. We listed our home with her and had an offer the next day. Home was sold to closed in less than a month. She was extremely knowledgeable about real estate, home trends, marketing and how to help clients be successful whether it’s buying or selling. She is easy to communicate with and was always available if we had concerns or questions. I would rate our overall experience with her 10/10. I worked with Caitlyn to as a videographer to help her sell a property. I am also an agent and can say that she really knows her stuff, particularly with what you can and cannot do in terms of marketing. She is very professional, responsive, shows up on time and will try new things to get a property sold. If I weren't an agent myself, I would definitely use her to help sell your property.
