My husband and I worked with Brynn and Eric in the purchase of our new home. They were AMAZING from start to finish. This was our first home purchase and so we had a lot of questions throughout the process. We started off not sure if we were going to buy new construction or an existing home. They walked us through everything and were patient as we toured the different neighborhoods, giving us their expert opinions on home value, construction quality etc. Once we found the house, Brynn and Eric did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf and remained in close contact with us as we worked through the inspection, walk throughs, mortgage approvals etc. My husband and I love the home we ended up purchasing and know the search wouldn’t have gone as well without their help. We will 100% use them again for our next home purchase and not hesitate to recommend them to all of our friends as they buy/sell houses. Go with the Rader Homes Team - you won’t regret it! :)

My wife and I just bought our dream home with the help of Brynn and Eric. We couldn’t have done it without them. They were way beyond helpful. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Brynn and Eric made the byzantine process of buying a house clear and straightforward. We had a list of things we definitely wanted and a list of things we definitely did not. Brynn and Eric were understanding, onboard and completely accommodating. Even though we peppered them with questions their responses were always quick, thorough and reassuring. They know their stuff and are pleasant company to boot. If you want to find your perfect home, we highly recommend Brynn and Eric.

Brynn and Eric were absolutely amazing! They helped us through the whole process and answered all of our questions as first home buyers. They worked hard to get us the home we love, and pushed for us! They really go above and beyond, and we’ve made a long time friendship with them. So blessed we found them.

The Rader’s did a great job with the sale of our home in the woodlands. They do an excellent job marketing properties, and are realistic with sale prices, suggested improvements and really work for you when it comes to negotiations. While we were sad to leave the woodlands if we ever move back I know who our first call will be. Also - check out the sign they put out, it stands out and matches the experience you’ll get: every detail is perfection!

We love Brynn and Eric’s above and beyond reproach to Real Estate. We used their Tried and True Program and it worked. And they truly went above and beyond. They helped us understand exactly what we needed to do to increase our equity and helped us execute the improvements as well. Once the house was ready, the pictures and video of the house turned out beautiful. It made me not want to leave the house! Throughout the entire process, they were always ready to act quick and we’re very responsive. If you are looking for an agent who has your best interest at heart, then Brynn and Eric are the way to go.
