Brookes is a great realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients. He’s honest, hard-working and really looks out for your best interests. Finding someone you can trust to go through the process of buying or selling a home can be scary, but we’re so grateful that we found that in Brookes! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone!

My husband Richard and I used Brookes services to sell our previous house, and buy our current home; it has been a great experience every single time! We love working with him! Not only he is knowledgeable, but he is immensely patient, knows what he is doing, and loves his job! His demeanor was always professional, and the options he presented to us were numerous. He is good at negotiating and giving advice. He made both transactions easier for us and helped us throughout the entire process! We will definitely use his company again! Brookes is so good at his job. He helped us sell our condo and buy our house and if we ever plan to leave this house I’d reach out to him in a heartbeat to help us again! He stays on top of real estate trends which helped us get the best rates and offers in. He’s incredibly kind and fun - buying and selling a home at the same time got stressful but Brookes went above and beyond to make everything as seamless as possible.

Brookes is absolutely fabulous to work with. We have used him twice to purchase a home and once to sell. He is professional, fun, and he knows all the ins and outs of this crazy real estate market. He was so helpful when we couldn’t find the perfect house and stuck by our side until we finally did. He advocated for us as both the buyer and seller. We couldn’t be more happy with our experiences we have had with Brookes!

Great experience working with Brookes. It took several months for us to prepare to house hunt, and Brookes was great about consistent outreach to see where we were at in our home buying journey. Once we began earnestly looking, we were able to find the house we wanted quickly and Brookes negotiated below asking price. He even negotiated the sellers to pay US, the buyers, cash in hand, which as a first time home buyer, I didn’t know was possible. And as first time home buyers, everything was new to us and we needed a lot of hand holding. Brookes always made time for us to reassure us and explain the home buying process. Even after the fact, years later, Brookes checks in every so often, and we have participated in his holiday gift drives. I think home buyers would be very happy working with Brookes!
