In a time when buying houses could/should have been a painful process, Brittany Burns made it a wonderful experience. From narrowing down exactly what we were looking for and working with our complicated schedules, to negotiating on our behalf for a more than fair deal with the seller. Brittany scrutinized every issue with the house and all associated documents for us and caught several incorrect items we would have otherwise missed. We are in the process of downsizing from a 4-bedroom family home to a townhouse. We raised our 3 children in this house, but they have since grown and moved on, so it's back to just me and husband again, with a house that was too big and a pool that we rarely used. It's been over two decades since we purchased a home, so almost like starting from scratch again. Brittany was invaluable in our search, and ultimately in the selection of a home that will work for us. She did have to give a little push though, when she said that the place we were viewing "hit all the buttons" that we wanted. Long story short, she held our hands, when needed and was always available, no matter the time. She was always very forthright, genuine, professional, and courteous. We cannot say enough good about her. She made sure that items identified with seller's property were taken care of. We are definitely planning on using her to sell our current home, as soon as we finish downsizing and moving to our new "Casita".
