Brian Simpson is a very professional and and very Personal Realtor. We had the pleasure of selling our previous home and purchasing our new home with Brian. He has always available when we needed him. He was easy to communicate with and he made both selling and purchasing our homes go very smoothly from start to finish. Brian has been a fantastic agent whom I have used to sell my first property then to purchased my last one. What makes Brian special is his analytical approach to give his client the best advises possible. Brian has also been extremely patient and would go above & beyond to facilitate closing the deal. Our last two moves have been with Brian Simpson’s much appreciated assistance. We couldn’t be happier in our new home and we owe the easy and gratifying experience to Brian. The first house he put us in was a new one. Our current house is older, but with his great recommendations on remodeling teams, we were able to make this old house new again, and it’s really beautiful. Thank you, Brian.
