“It all stated from our move from Dallas and Brandy found us a home rental in Conroe Tx. After 21 2 years we were ready to look to buy a home. Not easy, we had unique needs for our family with it being retiring We with Brandy commenced to looking. We needed about an acre of land and not surrounded with a big neiorhood There were specifics of a home and surroundings that were needed In the middle of 2023 the housing market was not great but Brandy never got discouraged. Then one day about 5 months later Brandi found the most perfect land and home with land just under an acre and lake with our very own boat dock She put in our offer but someone had put an offer ahead of us in and went pending She never gave up and kept checking back with the sellers agent. Then one day the sellers agent called Brandy said the other offer fell through. Then Brandy had us put in a higher offer. They rejected it. We put in a other one. Finally they accepted our offer but it didn t stop there During inspection there were things that needed attention in the house, to be specific 13 things the seller agreed to and fixed Brandi knows how to work with people on both sides and everyone is happy Closing day was beautiful and a very joyous occation for our family ”
