She presented a buyer to us within a week and negotiated a sales prices for significantly more money than we had envisioned based on discussions we had ha with other brokers seeking the listing. In 2017, we reached out to Beverly to sell a Meyerland rental property that flooded due to Hurricane Harvey. She guided us through the repair vs. sell for lot value decision and we ultimately sold decided to sell it for lot value. While the sale took much longer than we had hoped, Beverly regularly and creatively reached out to builders and other potential buyers. All the while, she regularly gave us updates on what she was doing as well as the uncertain market conditions.
