“Along with large lots and custom homes, this gated community has so much to offer for outdoor enthusiasts. Amenities include horse riding, parks, fishing ponds, ski lakes, tennis courts, and community pool. If you are looking for a great neighborhood in "New Magnolia" where the homes are not on top of each other and there is abundant wildlife, look no more.”

“Large lots and custom-built homes! There are 3 community ponds for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors, and lots of large mature trees. The level of updates on the homes varies considerably, which leaves plenty of room for personalization. Lakes of Rosehill enjoys a very low tax rate and no MUD taxes. Quiet, zoned to great schools, and minutes away from shopping, this neighborhood is definitely worth taking a closer look at.”
