Working with Bincy and her team has been a great experience! Purchasing a home can be stressful and comes with critical decision-making stages. As we were new to Houston with very little knowledge of our ideal location, Bincy has been a wealth of knowledge in guiding us through each step. Her data-driven and patient approach has eased the stress during this process. She and her team has a very personal approach and ensures the clients needs are prioritized. I was nervous when buying my first home, so I contacted Bincy. She was always friendly and able to answer all my questions about the home ownership process. She made me feel at ease throughout the closing and even gave me a consultation for a renovation. Looking back, I'm so grateful for all the help I received.

I worked with Bincy earlier this year, and let me just say, Wow! She made the whole process such a breeze! I am new to home buying and she actually took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of buying during my current situation. Even though I decided I wasn’t ready to buy this year, she still helped me find a rental home. Bincy was very professional and personable throughout the process. She made me feel like she truly had my best interest at heart. She had a team to help when ever she wasn’t available which made it really easy to move in less than 3 month!! I will definitely buy with her when I’m ready, and I will refer her to all of my clients! Thanks Bincy!

I had an amazing experience with Bincy Jacob. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and everything in between! Bincy was great and professional and personal! She helped me every step of the way! Bincy & team was always available to answer our questions. Bincy is absolutely wonderful to work with, it’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood of which she’s apart. I have referred her to friends and family for housing and real estate needs and she has always delivered!

Bincy is very knowledgeable and personable and gave us excellent advice on selling our home. She is simply one of the finest professionals we have ever met - and a wonderful person.
