I had a pleasure working with Bik to purchase our new home. Home buying process can be daunting but Bik made it all easy. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process Bik was extremely professional and patient with us.He always answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Whether we need additional time to make our decision or require more information on the property, Bik took it all in a stride. We had a great experience working with Bik. Being new to the place, we had no idea where to start and we met Bik. Bik was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in finding us the perfect home. Bik's negotiation skill is first-rate - he helped us get the best deal possible. He also went out of his way to ensure we understand every step of the entire process and all the detail is taken care of including arranging home inspection. Extremely helpful. I loved the journey from house hunting to closing, Mr. Kafle was always there for any questions or queries. As a customer, everybody wants a representative who is knowledgeable and willing to help all the time and we found that through Mr kafle. He is always smiling and extremely professional .
