It took less than three weeks from actual listing on the web to closing. When my husband died, I contacted Clint about selling my home. He replied almost immediately, then met with my children and me to discuss the sale. Clint sent his stager at no cost to me to advise me about what needed to be done to make the house eye catching on the web. His photographer did an incredible job with the listing photos, again at no additional expense to me. When the buyers home inspector turned up some repairs they wanted done, Clint sent a reliable contractor that he works with to take care of them. Since I had moved almost 300 miles away to be near my children, this was a huge relief. Clint kept my children and me informed daily about all things related to the sale, and even arranged with the title company to send a remote notary to get the sale papers signed so I did not have to drive 5 hours back to Cypress to do it.
