Shannon Cox serves as the Broker-Owner of Belle Maison Realty.  Her husband Raleigh is her business partner and co-owner of Belle Maison Realty, and he is a licensed real estate agent in Texas.  Shannon also is the team leader of The Shannon Cox Team, located in The Woodlands, Texas.  Shannon holds an affiliate license with ABOR (Austin Board of Realtors) enabling Belle Maison to expand their services to both Houston and Austin.  

Shannon is the VP of the Carlton Woods Board of Directors Homeowners Association, a member of the Club at Carlton Woods, and a resident of Carlton Woods Nicklaus.  Shannon was with REMAX for 5 years as a top-performing agent and team leader of The Shannon Cox Team.  While she has several luxury designations and is a highly qualified luxury agent, she serves clients of all price ranges from townhomes to luxury homes, lake houses, farm & ranch properties, golf course communities, condos, vacation homes, income-producing properties, investments, and more.  

Belle Maison has partnered with relocation companies in the area to provide relocation services to our clients.  The Houston area is a very transient area with our oil and gas clients, and we have expertise working with the intricate details involved in a relocation contract.
