“We have have previous knowledge of Barbara' s expertise as she was our agent in 2012 when we bought our first Texas home. We didn't hesitate to call her right away when this current home came up for sale. Barbara knows this area of Texas better than anyone. Her passion for helping others, fantastic negotiating and communication skills, and her being very detailed oriented are the reasons we wanted Barbara to help us. We knew that if Barbara was helping us we would have the BEST SHOT AT BUYING THIS HOME. And we were right!!! The home was only on the market a few days. Its a DREAM HOME!!!
