I have been a Realtor in Houston for about 2 years but have been in construction, and new home builder for over 20 years. Before moving to Houston I was a Realtor in Colorado for 8 years. I am very familiar with Houston and surrounding areas and work to give you the best results whether it is to buy or sell your home. I am upfront and no-nonsense so I will get to the point and help you be successful in your real estate transactions.

As a 4th generation Austinite, I've gotten to know my beautiful city pretty well. I got my start in the Austin real estate market in 2006 while doing property management covering the Barton Springs and South Lamar area. Afterwards, I moved on to a job dealing with condominium development and construction. That's where I fell in love with the big picture of renovations, design and project management.

I left the company in my mid 20s to persue my dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. I opened my first eyelash extension salon in 2009. We quickly grew to 3 Austin locations in a short 2 years. After 6 years and feeling burnt out with beauty, I decided to return to my original passion - the Austin real estate market.

I acquired my first flip house in 2015. The renovation and design process was incredibly rewarding and the project was a big success. Shorty after, I decided to embark on a career in real estate full time as an Austin Realtor.

I have managed to serve thousands of satisfied clients in Austin over my entrepreneurial lifetime. I am hard working and extremely dedicated to my clients. My keen eye for design and negotiating skills have set me apart from others.

But more than that, my giving nature and gratitude for many blessings have help shape my will to assist others in finding their dream homes. I am a self development motivator, positive thinker and have a strong desire to leave a positive footprint in this world.

Paula Duke has lived in Austin for over 25 years. Her "I never meet a stranger" attitude and local connections make her a natural for the residential real estate industry. Prior to joining Moreland Properties, Paula honed her skills in marketing and sales, most notably for Conoco, The Houston Ballet, and the Arnold Palmer Peerless Golf Clubs, affording her valuable experience in negotiation, which she now leverages on behalf of her clients. Paula's decade-spanning philanthropic efforts include various volunteer positions at her children's schools, including PTA boards at Casis Elementary and O. Henry Middle School, chair of the O.Henry Mustang Athletic Club, and President of the Austin High Football Booster Club. She also has been heavily involved in the Helping Hand Home for Children, the Junior League of Austin, Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae and Tarrytown United Methodist Church. Paula graduated from the University of Texas. She and her husband raised their two boys in West Austin. Paula spends most of her free time with family, friends, two black labs, volunteering, exploring local cuisine, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
