Christen Scharbauer Steen – Owner, Broker Christen Steen has been in the real estate game since graduating from Texas A&M in 2002, and for ten years, was the leading sales agent for her previous broker. She has a degree in Architectural Design, which is incredibly advantageous in her relationship with clients. Having primarily sold residential real estate in Central Texas, she has also sold warehouse space, commercial office space and farm/ranch tracts of land. Christen is a fifth generation Texan, from a horse and ranch family in West Texas that has been here since the 1800’s. The broker also loves to give back to the community, as an annual donor to the YMCA, Suzy’s Soldiers and other organizations. She is happily married to Chef Steven Steen and they live in Wimberley.

Kathleen started selling real estate in 1991 and has played an important role in the Austin real estate market as one of its most established Realtors, particularly in luxury real estate. She has earned this standing by her knowledge of the market, professionalism, honesty and integrity.
