Cindy Greenwood has lived in Austin since 1986, since then she has watched our city prosper with dynamic growth. Cindy is known throughout the community for her professionalism, high energy and knowledge of the real estate market. Cindy has a strong referral base and is identified as an expert in the high-end residential home sales. Cindy enjoys working with her clients to help them accomplish their goals in all aspects of the real estate transaction. She takes pride in her responsibility for evaluating and making recommendations on all of her listings. When Cindy was asked how real estate has changed over the years as technology has become an integral part of the industry, she explains “the business will continue to be based on trust and developing the relationships with your clients”. Cindy is currently a member of Austin’s Elite 25, and 2009 and 2011 Top 10 Producer at Moreland Properties. She was nominated as a finalist for the 2011 Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Top Producers. In prior years, Top 5 Producer at AvenueOne Properties in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. It is important to Cindy to support her community through involvement with various organizations. She is deeply committed as she currently serves on the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo Board and Lone Star Cattlemen Foundation. Cindy served as Chair for the Rodeo Austin Gala 2005-2007 and served as the First Woman to Chair the Rodeo Austin’s Youth Auction from 2008-2009. It is a passion of Cindy’s to raise awareness and money for the Youth of Texas. In prior years Cindy has served on several boards including Elizabeth Ann Seton, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House Advisory Board and Junior League of Austin. Cindy and her husband John Greenwood have three grown children, Harris, Nelson and Anna. Cindy is very involved in the Austin community and is a member of several organizations throughout Austin.

Dot is unapologetically real. She loves real people, and enjoys learning about people's unique stories. She didn't choose real estate to get rich; she chose it because she loves helping the everyday, average person move into a better living situation. Murat Er comes from two generations of contractors and home builders and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University. This knowledge, coupled with hands-on experience he gained from his father's construction business and a passion for real estate investment, has given Murat the valuable skills needed to educate home buyers and sellers, effectively market listings, and expertly negotiate transactions. Murat Er has always been passionate about real estate investment and is an active investor in Austin's emerging real estate market. He shares his knowledge and experience with clients and aspiring investors to help them meet their real estate goals. Murat Er spent three years in China, where he built a business providing English education to primary school children. His wife speaks fluent Mandarin, and often helps Murat with those looking to relocate to Austin. When he is not hard at work for his clients, Murat enjoys spending time on the trails of Steiner Ranch with his family, riding his bike, traveling, and building ranch homes from the ground up in the surrounding areas of Austin

Bio for Christy Goldrup: Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. Previously licensed in IL, IL & FL. Christy opened Frontdoor Real Estate Group, TX in June 2015 on a mission to further grow her business and expand into the urban living market & lifestyle. A veteran of the real estate business for over 12 years, Christy previously co-owned and operated a real estate agency, Frontdoor Realty Group, where she focused exclusively on New Home Builders and Developers in the Chicago-land suburbs and became the exclusive Broker Liaison to one of the top five home-builders in the market. When her passion evolved towards the city vs. the suburbs of Chicago, she decided to join the @properties team in 2008, whose extraordinary Brokers and agents she greatly enjoyed working with until she decided in 2012 to move back to Austin, TX to be closer to her family. Back in Austin, Christy re-familiarized herself with the Austin market by working for a local builder, as well as with Curve Realty.
