Dave started his Real Estate career in the mid-80's. He started out by driving buyers around all day selling $10,000 mobile home lots. He never turned away businessif he could sell it, he would list it. As a result, his business grew with a very diverse clientele and portfolio. Along with many of his clients, he has grown his business and has been consistently in the top 1% of all REALTORS in Texas for over 20 years. The journey from $10,000 mobile home lots to sales approaching $2 billion, while getting to live and work in Austin, Texas has been a blessing. Specializing in ranches, luxury and waterfront and having represented some of the most amazing properties and clients in Central Texas has been an incredible life journey. As he closes in on over $2,000,000,000 in career sales, he has not forgotten his roots and he continues to list and sell all price ranges of both residential and ranch properties. He has a great team and amazing agents to assist with anyone's real estate needs. Along for the ride and putting up with him for 25+ years are his wife and six children. They love to travel, snow ski, go to the beach, and hike. He also has a ranch that he retreats to with family and friends where they often have gatherings of 30 to 40. His wife's Cajun and comes from a large family so they know how to cook, party and have fun.

Maricruz is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been in Real Estate for over 12 years in Mexico, and in Austin since 2010. Maricruz has three children, two UT Austin graduates and a Junior at Westlake High School. She is married to a Texas Native, who also has three grown children, so they have a very active family life. She loves going to concerts and running at Town Lake. She also enjoys serving their community through YMSL (Young Men Service League) with her youngest son, and some other local organizations.Most of her work is usually in the residential market, but Maricruz has fueled her growth with continued education, which has allowed her to expand to industrial and commercial properties too. With over $11M in sales in 2019, Maricruz also works with builders and investors to find the best way to produce income and protect their equity.Her goal is to use this experience to sell your home, buy your dream property, or make wise Real Estate investments.
