While honing in on his finance skills during his decade long tenure with the company, he began to realize that his passion was in home sales and real estate investments. He had the foresight that his hometown was becoming a booming metropolis which gave him a leg up on an enormous opportunity. Derrick has fifteen years' experience in the field, including but not limited to residential sales, property management, investment properties and building portfolios for investors. Derrick's experience in the various fields of real estate has given him the ability to architect creative methods for attacking the deal for his clients. He not only provides clients with current market information and investment potential in a property, but he also provides the preparation you need in order to understand the process from contract to closing.
