Ashley Day is truly the best realtor in Houston, and there are a lot of greats! But she is the best. She was never pushy, but always available. She was informative about the market, about projected interest rates and when to act. And she was right about all of it, which helped us sell quickly and buy easily. Ashley was very enthusiastic about our existing home, and she was right- it sold well! Throughout our buying process, Ashley would call each of us to repeat back to us what we were saying to her, so that she could clarify our emotions apart from our intentions. That made our buying process clear and smooth. She was realistic about any bumps in the selling cycle, which helped prepare us ably. Then there are the little things- Ashley would text us to encourage us, she would drop by little gifts for our family, she always answered our calls and made time for us. She was wonderful from start to finish and is now one of our close friends as a result. You cannot do better if you want a clear, capable, enthusiastic, wise realtor! Ashley Day is the best!

My wife and I had a very positive experience working with Ashley on our home sale and purchase. She was responsive and provided good advice and counsel on the documentation. She knows the market well and has a good sense of relative value. Home buying can be stressful with lots of ups and downs, but Ashley helped us stay balanced and calm. She's a genuinely nice person who is also really good at what she does.

Ashley has been our realtor to help us find tenants for our rental unit and we've also hired Ashley when purchasing our current home. She is our go to realtor and is one of the most professional realtors we've had the pleasure of working with. She is always responsive. She does what she says she will do and works hard for us whether it's finding the right tenants or being there when we purchased our home. All of our transactions with Ashley have been smooth and we've been fortunate enough to have our transactions move quickly. We love Ashley's honest character and personality and she is so kind and easy to get along with. We will not use any other realtor when dealing with our properties.

We were so lucky to have had Ashley to help us sell our home in Houston Heights when we relocated back to the Midwest last year. It was a difficult market, but Ashley provided us with excellent guidance for a very satisfactory outcome. I think she would do a great job anywhere in the city, but it helped us that she is an expert on the Heights because she lives there!
