“We are so lucky that we ran into April on our house search! We met April at an open house, and we had no intention of locking down with a particular realtor at the time - but it became immediately apparent to us that April had the knowledge and attention to detail that we knew we needed on our search, especially as first time home buyers in a brand new area. April is a fantastic authority on the Woodlands, and Montgomery County in general. She showed us a very wide variety of properties, while still staying really committed to the criteria that were important to us. She encouraged us to remain open-minded, never pushing us to choose before we were ready. She made sure to look for, and point out, any risks to structural integrity, appliance issues - just anything that would potentially cost us money or not be ideal. She was constantly available, sending us listings, answering our questions, and providing honest guidance. When we finally found our dream home, April did an excellent job coordinating with the seller and everyone who needed to be involved for various inspections and paperwork. Overall, April demonstrates such commitment to her customers, and we truly felt we had a partner in her, in finding our perfect home. She is personable, and real, and we felt so supported by her in what is certainly the biggest investment we've made in our lives. We would highly, highly recommend April to anyone buying a home in Montgomery County. ”
