April is a wonderful realtor! She is so easy to work with! She answered ALL of our crazy questions we had as first time buyers! She was always by her phone, so she always responded within a timely manner! She is not pushy and wants to find you a house that is in your budget and worth the cost! Definitely recommend her for 1st time buyers who may not know much. She’s honest and open every step of the way! We had a great experience with her as our realtor!

April was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I could text her whenever and she was willing to do in-person or virtual viewings. It was so easy to reach her and she was very responsive to all my questions. She saved me some money during the negotiation process which helped me significantly in getting a reasonable interest rate on my loan.

Outstanding Support on our Purchase. We found April via a website to support the purchase of a second home. Her diligence, support out of hours and patience with what turned out to be a long process was great. She continues to help us with some local items.

Best realtor! April was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions we had and we closed on the property fast! I will definitely be working with April again!
