I have bought more than one house via Anna Ye. I kept using her service because she is extremely knowledgeable about the local market conditions and willing to fight for clients’ best interest. The housing market in Houston is very hot right now. Buying a house is no longer easy, as you face many competitive buyers. It takes skills, patience, local knowledge, and luck to get the job done. Typical buyers don’t have all these. But having Anna as my agent helps me gain a major advantage. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in the local housing market.

I received a full-price offer in 13 days! Thank you, Anna! She gave me many helpful tips on how to save money when repairing the house for sale. She was very good at communicating with me and keeping me posted on the selling process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and a proactive problem solver. She even went above and beyond in the closing process by pushing the deal along the way with the buying party, the lender, and the Title Company. It was my first time using Anna Ye as my realtor, and I would defiantly recommend her to family and friends. Thank you again!

Anna is amazing, she worked so hard to help us found a nice house. She provided us great recommendation and feedback and get us the purchase price we wanted. She is always available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her if your selling or buying a new home.
