“Angela was extremely helpful preparing my home for sale. I was not even in state at the time we listed and throughout 99% of the sale process, but Angela went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She communicated frequently and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She was also amazing during the marketing process, making my home look as good as possible and even helping to stage and clean out items (AND literally scrubbed a spot on my sidewalk on her hands and knees) since I was not physically present to help prepare. She created a fantastic flyer that listed all the features of my home in a well represented way. For open houses, she was able to speak intelligently to all of the things that made the house unique and the highlights of selling points. I am very happy with the result especially in this current market where buyers are slowing down, and I know I have Angela to thank! Closing had a few hiccups but she was communicative and reassuring, and was more than willing to push to a conclusion as appropriate. I also cannot omit how empathetic Angela is. My home sale was fairly emotional for me and she managed to both treat me with care and concern, never invalidating my feelings and always checking in on me, yet also so smoothly keeping things going and making me feel comfortable in the process. I can imagine how difficult it would be to both try to make a sale and effectively manage someone else's feelings flowing in the opposite directions, but she did it beautifully to where I consider her a trusted friend!”
