My experience working with Andrea on closing on our first home has been nothing short of excellent. A friend recommended her to us as having the experience and temperament to help us buy our house. As first time buyers, we were a complete novice on issues relating to getting a house, and figuring out the right questions to ask the builders. But with Andrea, we had someone we could rely on to bring clarity to anything that seemed confusing or that required further actions. We depended on Andrea for every information needed throughout the process, and she always had the patience to explain things over and over again. I never met someone as dedicated, understanding and with a lot of integrity as Andrea. If there was a meeting scheduled, she was always the first to be there. On several occasions, if my wife and I were unavailable to meet with the builders, Andrea would volunteer to be there and to ask those right questions. She kept her lines open for us 24/7. She documented every bit of information, explained them to us, and offered her advice when we were indecisive on certain matters. Andrea has a wealth of experience (about 30 years i believe) in the real-estate business, and that's a big deal when it comes to getting your money's worth. Everything she told us to expect from Day 1 of meeting with her, was everything that played out till the day of closing. I definitely would work with Andrea again and highly recommend her to everyone out there to meet any real-estate needs.

We got recommended to Andrea Saavedra by our income tax preparer. We called, scheduled up an appointment and it was such an excellent experience when we met with Andrea. She told us the good, the bad, and the ugly. She was very bold, direct, very clear on what we needed to do. They helped us step by step, on how to do qualify for our mortgage, and we followed her instructions thoroughly. One of our main challenges was the credit, they guided us and told us the process about improving our credit score. Andrea is very clear, very honest, very informative and she was there for us every time we needed her, she always responded as well as her team. Today, we’re finally closing on our home and we know it was through the team’s hard work and dedication. We will always recommend her services with everyone we know. We truly felt their help and are thankful for it.

I purchased a house with Andrea Saavedra about 10 years ago. It was a great experience then and now she helped sell my house and lease another one. I have worked with her 3 times and every single time I work her I have been very pleased with her job and representation. Very professional, very attentive. They were always there at any time I would reach out. I totally recommend 100% working with The GAVA Team. Thank you for all your excellent job, I definitely consider working with them in the future.

We have been working with Andrea when relocating to a new house in West Houston (Energy Corridor). From the very beginning Andrea was very professional and efficient. We managed to close the deal within a week and we barely did anything ourself since everything was handled by Andrea and her team. We would recommend her to anyone as she exceeded all of our expectations and we felt prioritized and comfortable all the way through the process.

We will forever be so thankful for all your hard work & dedication on helping me & Luis with purchasing our first home. For making us a PRIORITY, WE COULD HAVE NOT DONE THIS WITHOUT YOU GUYS. Me & my spouse started this home buying process over a year ago . After working with several realtors that made this experience so stressful for me & my spouse. My sister highly recommended Andrea.
