I've had the most incredible, highly professional interaction with Ashley Walters and her associates at the Lippincott Team. Ashley assisted my apartment/rental hunt in the Bridgeland community, landing on a new rental community in the area. What proved to be a not-so-smooth negotiation/application process, was made all the more manageable with Ashley's help. With easily accessible advice and support, I never once felt alone in the process, Ashley going so far as to be present when I could not. Approach Lippincott with the confidence their team will represent your interests with intelligently solid properties experience most of us lack. Why wouldn’t you use the Lippincott Team. Amy and her team have Un-Beatable customer service and work hard for you. Every member of the Lippincott team is always responsive to your concerns and will work with you to find the best possible outcome for selling or purchasing your next home. You could take my review as a one and done. However, we have used the Lippincott Team 8 times to buy and sell and I could give the same review each time! RJ Satchel was our seller’s agent and always kept us in the loop of what was going on. He also fought hard to get us the best deal possible in one of the weirdest markets we have ever sold in. He also was present every step of the way until we finally closed. Jennifer Stringer was our buyer’s agent and she worked hard to be sure we were being taken care of throughout the purchasing process. If I had a question, I was confident she would always give me a quick response. The team behind the scenes is stelar! They are the glue that holds everything together during this process of buying and selling. In my opinion they hold a big reason to why the Lippincott team is so successful in keeping their customers satisfied. When you hire Amy, you truly hire her WHOLE TEAM. As the saying goes teamwork makes the dream work and that dream is your home! If you want a family friendly Real Estate experience with a team needed to get the job done, LOOK NO FUTHER. I have had absolutely great experiences with the Lippincott Team. From buying my first home to selling. And currently building a new home and having the support of the Lippincott Team if I am unable to figure something out. Amy and JR are the best when it comes to customer service and treat my family like theirs. Highly recommend the Lippincott Team for Buying, Selling and representing you with a new home build. Five star service with a 6 star attitude. They get the job done.

Amy and Scott did an excellent job selling a house for us. They were patient with us while unfortunate events delayed the process on our end. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedules and keep us informed every step of the way. We were able to get the best offer that did not disappoint. We highly recommend Amy and her team!!
