My husband, daughter and I moved from Colorado to Texas and we just randomly looked up a few realtors. Amanda was quick to respond and her personality just shined with us and we chose very quickly to work with her. Through this process we flew several times to Texas and Amanda always made herself available to help us out. I would recommend her over and over. She is friendly, thorough and I felt like I was working with a friend the whole way through. I trusted her recommendations and she never steered wrong. Amanda Boyd is an incredible realtor. At our first meeting Amanda came prepared with a packet of information about the local market and other properties for sale. She is very knowledgeable and keeps her clients updated. Amanda sold my late parents' home for me. During the home inspection various issues were found that needed to be addressed. Amanda has a network of professionals that made quality repairs to the home. Amanda's expertise was on full display at closing. Amanda made sure all documents were complete and in order for the title company. Amanada made the closing very easy and stress free. I highly recommend Amanda Boyd.

Amanda is one of the most genuine people I have the pleasure in working with. She truly knows and understands her business and will be there with you for every step, takes care of the small things as well as the big ones, doesn't miss a beat, she makes you feel like you are her only client as well as her most important client. We are so glad that we decided to have her sell our property, it took a while, but she did not give up on us and now we are using her to buy an investment property next. She worked both contracts like a champ and got it all done within days of each other. Seamless and Painless! I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to take care of their needs and make the whole process a great experience!
