I can’t recommend Alicia enough! It is clear she loves what she does and cares so much about taking care of her clients. She genuinely listens and does all she can to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Alicia has years of experience and is a master of the ins and outs of real estate. If she doesn’t know the answer to something she won’t stop until she figures it out! I honestly can’t imagine finding a more knowledgeable, patient and competent agent out there.

I have never sold a house before this. Alicia made it very very easily. She is very sweet, friendly and it is like talking to an old friend. She answer all my question and was very quick at it.(she answer in less then 30 mins of asking a question). Also never ever made me feel I was bugging her or it was a stupid question. She told me what to expect and was there every step of the way. If I ever move back to the Spring area I will use Alicia again. I will highly recommend her for anybody who wants to buy or sell a house. I have told all my family and friends.
