A buddy of mine who Tristan helped to purchase a home recommended him to me. My impressions with Tristan was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative and reliable. He was always available to communicate and willing to see house suited my needs and on my time schedule. He pointed out and explained the pros and cons of every house that we visited. I was treated more of a friend than a client. It took me almost two months to close a house because I was dealing with an unexperienced loan officer. During this time Tristan went above and beyond to keep the loan officer on track and also informed and comforted the buyers realtor. I think he helped me more on my loan than my loan officer.
