Adriane did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our house. Her expertise in the rental market in our area assisted us in determining a competitive listing price. In this sale, the sellers were out of state and this did not slow down the sale of the house. Adriane was very responsive, professional, and personable. She assisted with providing other services - moving services that are not a part of her main role as a realtor; however her main concern was ensuring the seller was satisfied with the sale process. I would recommend Adriane to anyone buying or selling their house who is looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile.

Adriane and Elizabeth are everything you'd expect in real estate agents. 5 stars across the bord! Our home sat on the market for nearly 3 months with our previous agent. For several reasons, we looked for a new agent and fortunately we found Adriane and her team. Our house was in contract at the 1st open house and in escrow within 1 week of hiring them. They were with us though every step of the process. We were never "in the dark" as they communicated everything so well. Their marketing strategies are outstanding and consisted of beautiful photography, current sales points and a wide net of listings including social media. Their team even offers Seller's home warranty for free to help with possible repairs during negotiations. Even the title company Adriane uses is a pleasure to work with. Adriane and Elizabeth provided excellent communication, diligence and follow through. If you're looking to sell your property, I cannot recommend this team enough.

Adriane is the absolute BEST! My mother and I have worked with Adriane for several years on numerous home purchases and she is not only wonderful to work with as a person but she is extremely knowledgeable with real estate. She pulls together facts to help make the best decisions with both purchasing and listing your home. In a competitive market, you need to act quickly and Adriane has always responded immediately. You cannot have a better agent on your side to get the job done while making the process seamless and fun!

My experience with Adriane as our Realtor was amazing! She was a huge help in giving advice to getting our house ready for the market, so we could get top dollar for our home. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate. I couldn't have done it without her!! My husband and I appreciate how well she listened to our concerns and desires and accommodated us. She was responsive to my texts and calls when I had a question. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Adriane Taylor for all of your real estate needs.
