Wale was a great realtor to work with for our property. We appreciated his experience and candor with offering opinions. He worked with us patiently until we found what we were looking for. Though we were working with Wale since November, we did not meet him in person until our closing in April. This was okay with us as he would always follow up before and after a showing. He was very communicative during our entire time working together.

Working with Wale as my agent was a great experience. The entire transaction probably took less than a month due to his vast knowledge and experience. Immediately, he understood my goal and idea of house hacking which is a concept not understood by many agents. He was able to make the process smooth and won the deal without complications. When problems came along he stuck to his word and even went out of his way to compensate personally. Personally, working with Wale as my agent was more capital expensive for me, however I can say that what I got out from it was worth. I hope that beside a business transaction, I got a friend and a mentor, and looking forward to many future deals.

Wale is a top negotiator and the best realtor I have worked with so far! My wife and I would not have been able to get the property at the price we closed at without his help and negotiation skills. He is super responsive with multiple communication styles, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He is also very transparent and communicates very well. We never felt like we were out of the loop. Wale Lawal exceeded all our expectations when it comes to Real Estate Agent Services and what Realtors do for their clients. He educated us through his various YouTube videos about Real Estate, fought for every single dollar to save us money, and showed us a lot of options so we could make an informed decision. It is very obvious that Wale enjoyes his job as a Realtor and a Real Estate Investor. Wale is very fast at responding via text messages, email, phone, and even on social media. I highly recommend Wale Lawal for all your Houston Real Estate needs. Trust me, you won't regret it!
